Licensing & Usage

1. Can I use your art for website design?
None of my art should be used for any reason whatsoever without express permission. Doing so will result in  legal action being taken. Please understand that artists go through a great deal to create their work and to have it used without permission is VERY upsetting and a total disregard of their rights. Artists do not appreciate stolen artwork. Please ask for my consent first! Here are some basic rules for what I may agree to:
  • My art can only be used for non-profit websites.
  • DO NOT for any reason remove the copyright or watermark information.
  • Full credit must be given to me, the artist, complete with the copyright symbol  and a link to my site www.aGothicFantasy.com. All of this information must accompany all of my images.
  • Should I grant you permission to use my art, it can not be changed or edited beyond resizing the image (in a proportional manner).
Nor is my art allowed to be redistributed in any way. For more information about an artists rights please visit THE VISUAL ARTISTS RIGHT ACT at: http://www.artslaw.org/MORAL.HTM
2. I have seen your art used elsewhere, and I'm not sure it's with your permission, what should I do?
Please email me at jenga@aGothicFantasy.com. Let me handle the situation, please don't take matters into your own hands on my behalf.
3. Is your art licensed?
Currently, some of my art is licensed as cross stitch patterns through MistyDreamz.

And for all of you who enjoy the rich scent and comfort of handmade candles, I have a beautiful line of products through Candles Enchanted.

 Please visit their sites at:
